Standard Agreement Between Buyer and WBN (Reseller)

Effective Date: 01 May 2025

This standard agreement sets out the terms governing each subscription or content purchase made by a Buyer from WeBuyNudes (WBN), the exclusive reseller and content rights holder for all content on www.WeBuyNudes.com.

1. Definitions

  • Buyer: A User who subscribes to or purchases content hosted by WBN.
  • Transaction: Any purchase or subscription between a Buyer and WBN.
  • Buyer Payment: All amounts paid by the Buyer to WBN in exchange for content access.
  • Content: Any material on WeBuyNudes, including media, text, and digital assets.
  • WBN / WeBuyNudes: The reseller and platform operator of www.WeBuyNudes.com.
  • License: The personal-use access granted to a Buyer after payment.
  • User: Any individual using the WBN platform.

2. Applicability

This Agreement applies to all purchases or subscriptions through WBN and overrides any alternative terms. All transactions are governed exclusively by this Agreement.

3. Parties

The contractual relationship is between the Buyer and WBN. There is no agreement between the Buyer and the original content contributor.

4. Pricing and Payment

Buyers agree to pay displayed prices for content. WBN handles all payment processing and applicable taxes. Use of outside payment methods is prohibited.

5. Content License

After successful payment, Buyers receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal use. Redistribution or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

6. Content Ownership

WBN retains exclusive rights to distribute all content. Buyers gain no ownership rights and may not claim or reuse content beyond private use.

7. License Termination

The Buyer’s access rights are automatically revoked if:

  • Payment fails or is reversed
  • The Buyer violates terms
  • The subscription expires or is canceled
  • Content is removed or access is revoked
  • The Buyer’s account is suspended or closed

Downloaded files must remain for private use only.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Buyers waive any statutory right to cancel purchases upon access to content. Refunds are only granted at WBN’s discretion.

9. Buyer Obligations

  • Only access content via WBN’s platform
  • Do not share or resell content
  • Do not issue chargebacks without legitimate reason
  • Comply with all WBN rules and applicable laws

10. Platform Limitations

Content availability may vary. Access interruptions can occur due to:

  • Platform downtime
  • Account issues
  • Content removals

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • New York Law governs this Agreement.
  • Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration via Arbitration Resolution Services, Inc. (ARS).
  • If arbitration is not possible, disputes may be filed in courts located in the Buyer’s jurisdiction.
