1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to access adult-oriented services where you live. Underage users and content depicting or presenting any person as underage are prohibited.
2. Accounts and public aliases
You must provide accurate private verification information and keep login credentials secure. A creator or seller alias may be public, but legal names, identity documents and private contact details are not made public merely because they are submitted through KYC.
3. Ownership and licences
Content providers retain ownership except where a signed deal expressly transfers rights. By uploading content, you confirm that you own or control the necessary rights and grant only the licences stated in the accepted deal, content provider agreement and platform terms. Site design, software, branding and WBN-produced material remain protected by copyright and other applicable rights.
4. Acceptable use
You may use WBN only for lawful, consensual adult content and authorised marketplace activity. You may not steal, scrape, redistribute, record, bypass access controls, harass users, impersonate another person, upload malware, collect payment-card information, or use WBN for prostitution or any illegal activity. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
5. Mandatory pre-screening before publication
Every user upload intended for public display is held in a non-public state and human-reviewed before publication to confirm that it is not illegal and does not violate WBN Standards. Profile media, gallery media, marketplace posts, creator-deal content and replacement uploads cannot be published until the required identity, age, consent, rights and content checks are complete. A material edit or replacement re-enters review. Only approved content proceeds to protected processing and watermarking before publication. WBN may reject, restrict, remove, preserve or report material when required for safety, compliance, payment-network rules or law. No deal, audience, offer, sale or level of earnings is guaranteed.
6. Payments and recurring billing
Enabled payment options are displayed during checkout. Card information may be entered only on the authorised payment processor page; WBN does not ask you to send card details in chat or upload them to a form. Recurring billing can be cancelled as explained in the Cancellation Policy. Refund requests are handled case by case by the payment processor and applicable support channel.
7. Promotions and sweepstakes
Any WBN promotion or sweepstakes is governed by its published official rules. No purchase is necessary, and payment cannot improve the chance of winning. Entrants must satisfy age, territory, originality, consent and verification requirements. Prize taxes and claim obligations are handled as stated in the applicable rules.
8. Complaints and appeals
Reports of illegal content or violations of WBN standards may be submitted through the Complaints & Appeals portal. Appeals are handled under the Appeals Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
WBN may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, security threats, chargeback abuse, false verification information or legal requirements. Users may request closure through support or the complaints portal, subject to unresolved orders, retention duties and investigations.
10. Service availability
WBN uses reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or specific financial results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
