Every depicted person must be an adult, identity- and age-verified, and must give written consent to be depicted and to public distribution, upload and—if offered—download. Content providers must keep the supporting records and supply them on request.
Prohibited content and activity
WBN prohibits illegal or unauthorised material, including:
- Underage, child sexual abuse, age-play that presents a person as underage, or uncertain-age content.
- Non-consensual acts, rape, forced terminology, voyeurism, stolen content, hidden-camera content, or content published without every depicted person’s consent.
- Bestiality; incest; cannibalism; autopsy imagery; snuff or fantasy snuff; gore; extreme violence; flogging; self-mutilation; crushing live animals or insects; suffocation; chloroform; kidnapping or abduction.
- Sexual activity involving sleeping, hypnosis, intoxication, alcohol or drug references; bodily excretions; person-to-person urination; vomiting.
- Prostitution, depiction of exchanging money for sex, polygamy dating or related services.
- Racist, hateful, sacrilegious or otherwise unlawful abuse.
- Credit-card collection, credential theft, malware, fraud, chargeback manipulation or attempts to bypass access controls.
- AI-generated, scraped, internet-sourced, stolen or watermarked material from another platform; third-party logos or platform watermarks that the provider is not authorised to use.
Reporting and action
Report suspected illegal content or a Standards violation through the Complaints & Appeals portal. Potential outcomes include no action, a request for evidence or changes, restriction, removal, account action, refund review through the processor, preservation of evidence, or referral to an appropriate authority.
