Complaints Policy

How to report illegal content or a violation of WBN standards.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

What may be reported

Any person may report content that may be illegal or that otherwise violates WBN standards, including underage, non-consensual, stolen, impersonating, violent, prohibited or incorrectly accessible content.

How to submit a complaint

  1. Open the Complaints & Appeals portal.
  2. Choose the complaint or report type and provide the content URL, seller or account details, reason, evidence and contact information.
  3. Keep the ticket reference. Updates and requests for information are sent through the ticket and configured email workflow.

Review timeline

WBN acknowledges the complaint and targets an operational decision within five business days. All reported complaints are reviewed and resolved within no more than seven business days, unless law enforcement, a court or an external neutral process lawfully controls the timing.

Review steps

  1. Triage immediate safety or illegality risk and restrict access when appropriate.
  2. Check the content, KYC, age, consent, upload, moderation, transaction and audit records available to authorised reviewers.
  3. Request information from affected parties where needed without exposing protected evidence.
  4. Record the findings, outcome, reasons and appeal route.

Potential outcomes

Outcomes may include no violation found; warning; requested changes; temporary restriction; content removal; account suspension or closure; transaction or refund referral to CCBill Consumer Support; evidence preservation; or referral to authorities where required.

Appeal

An affected person may appeal the decision through the same portal. Depicted-person consent appeals receive the protections described in the Appeals Policy.
