This public page summarises the minimum terms. Each content provider must accept the full agreement presented in the private creator KYC workflow; acceptance is appended to the creator master log and a downloadable copy is generated.
Provider promises
- The provider is at least 18, has supplied accurate identity and age information, and has authority to enter the agreement.
- Every person depicted is an adult whose identity and age have been verified.
- The provider has written, specific consent from every depicted person to be depicted; to public distribution and upload to WBN; and, where content is downloadable, to downloading by users.
- The provider will keep those records and supply supporting documents promptly on request.
- The content is original or fully authorised and does not violate law, the Acceptable Use Policy, third-party rights or payment-network standards.
Moderation and removal
WBN may review, reject, restrict, watermark, rename or remove content and may suspend publication while a complaint or appeal is investigated. The provider must cooperate with KYC, consent, moderation, complaint and appeal reviews.
No guaranteed offer
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, an offer, publication, sales or earnings. Any rights transfer, revenue share, upfront payment or custom price must be stated in the applicable accepted deal.
